Our agency, in cooperation with Frontier Horizons, a nonprofit hosting program for children living in orphanages in Ukraine placed children with hosting families in Massachusetts for the month of August.  The children arrived here on August 1, 2010 and are making wonderful adjustments to their host families and are delightful! In the present international adoption climate where many countries are closed for adoption and others are in moratorium, this hosting program presents a wonderful opportunity for families thinking about adoption.  Prospective adoptive parents are able to visit with the child here in Massachusetts before committing to an adoption.  Good Hope Adoption Services can easily arrange a time and place for this meeting.
